How It Works

Simply follow steps 1 to 6 below.

1. There are three options to get your photos to us;

E-mail – simply attach your photo files to an e-mail and send to mail@repairmyphotos.co.uk.

CD – copy your photo files on to a CD and post them to us (please e-mail for postal address).

          Post – send your original hard copies of photos, negatives or slides to us through the post.

2. We edit your photos as per your instructions. If you are not exactly sure what work you require to the photo we will happily recommend the best approach.

3. We e-mail a proof of the repaired / enhanced photos to your e-mail address for you to look at. These photos will have a ‘Copyright’ stamp across them.

4. If you are happy with the photo proofs, you then decide if you simply want the full digital file sent to you or if you would like printed copies as well.

5. Send your payment for the repaired / enhanced photo and also the cost of any prints you require (remember, these are printed at cost to repairmyphotos.co.uk).

6. You receive your new, enhanced photos!

Costs

Cost of photo repair / enhancement - £2 to £5 depending on work involved (see individual webpages).

Cost of additional adjustments for a 2^nd photo proof – Free

Repaired image delivered by e-mail – Free

Repaired image delivered by post on CD – £1.00

Cost of creation of a DVD sleeve - £15

Cost of DVD sleeve printing - £1.20 (plus postage)

Payments

Payment can be made via Paypal (mail@repairmyphotos.co.uk), Bank Transfer, postal order or cheque. Images will be released once payment has cleared.
